I took my first driving test last week and absolutely blew the cone test. Having no money for a driving instructor and a husband who did his test in another state, we were both kind of stumped as to how to do this thing 100% perfect every time.
The best place to get information about what will be on the Ohio driver's test is on the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles web site. There you can download the driver's handbook.

What really helped me pass the re-take today was this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4taEfoROeQ
The gist of it is keeping your car as close to the cones on one side as possible (left side if you turned left at the point cone, right side if you turned right).
I'm sorry this method is really obvious, but it helped me so much and I want others to see it who might live in OH or have a similar test.
Luckily the actual driving portion of the test is super easy. It's just 25mph roads with stop signs, so anyone feeling nervous need not be.
